I loved the hotel. The pool and grounds are gorgeous. It's a great hotel if you are planning on spending time there. Pool chairs are great. Was there for work and wish I had more time to use the leisure facilities. Is quiet at night and requires about a $20 cab ride to get to the bars and restaurants at Universal. Rooms were starting to look like they were getting old. The bathroom could have used a coat of paint. Rooms were good size though.

We have stayed here several times over the past 2 years and continually are impressed at the staff and level of service provided. It is hard to make plans to stay elsewhere given the consistency received here. Our family really enjoys every minute of our stay. Kids and parents can truly enjoy!
