The rooms and suites are extremely comfortable and the hotel are good at paying attention to detail with some nice extra touches, especially in the luxuy suites. There's an exclusive Ritz-Carlton club lounge here, a great restaurant, where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, a smart bar and a traditional lobby lounge, where you can enjoy tea while listening to live harp or piano music. The Spa is outstanding and although expensive, it's certainly worth it, with the wide range of treatments they have on offer. The staff are very well trained in looking after people and they do this very well. A relaxing place to stay with some great food and views.
