The Ritz-Carlton hotels in the United States and Canada are smoke-free. To accomodate the needs of guests who smoke, we offer special smoking areas outside of the hotel. From the moment you drive on to the property and are greeted by the bellhop, every possible need has been anticipated and provided for. If you are not in a position to do the luxury hotel/resort stay on a regular basis, then you want those special occasions, like an anniversary weekend, to really BE special. We were checked in and again welcomed at the front desk and quickly taken to a lovely room. Our evening meal was just excellent, live music and drinks after were very relaxing, and each person on the staff, was so courteous that we felt right at home.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel, and I'm sure we will find some excuse to visit again soon.

Good
Would have had an unbelievable stay on all other criteria. However, we were in the room behind the elevator and relentlessly heard the motor. Needless to say, we did not sleep much because of this.
