Set between the Financial and Theatre Districts and overlooking the oldest public park in the United States, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean and offer a nice selection of ammenities and services, including an evening turndown service, overnight shoeshine or laundry, complimentary newspaper and much more. If you can get club level, it's well worth it as there are 5 daily food presentations and unlimited alcohol during lounge hours. The hotel offers guests access (for a fee) to The Sports Club/LA, which includes a 100,000 square foot spa, fitness and sports facility with a junior Olympic pool. The hotel restaurant serves many different types of food and the bar is a great place to socialise in, whether you are a hotel resident or not. The hotel is attached to a cinema, and walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. Newly renovated and updated, the hotel has raised the bar for in-room amenities and restyled its lounges and function spaces. The location in the heart of downtown Boston is great as far as convenience to public transportation, cinemas, Broadway theaters, dining, shopping, and historical landmarks are concerned, but the area can be somewhat sketchy. Friendly and helpful desk staff will happily make reservations at area restaurants, give directions, or make recommendations. Wifi is available throughout the hotel on a graduated rate scale ranging from 3 hours at $5.95 to one week at $59.95.

I loved the staff, every time I walked to the lobby they knew my name. I loved that!! My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with the kids, and they loved the club lounge and all the cookies in the world.

This is a world class hotel with world class staff. It is a lovely hotel. it is very expensive but if you could afford it or you want to treat yourself go for it. It overlooks the Boston Gardens and what a spectacular view. You wouldnt believe....
