26 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I reserved two rooms for 2 persons per room online through your website.
Surprisingly on my arrival The reception informed us that only 1 person is allowed to stay in each room & I had to pay an extra charge of 30 BD for each room per day.
I was very disappointed from the service as this was not stated in the agreement of the online transaction therefore forcing me to pay.
This kind of charge should be made clear at the beginning so that the client can make an informed decision on whether they would like to pay the extra cost.
I certainly hope you take this matter seriously & will review the matter.

The service and luxurious facilities have no comparison. Abdallah was an attentive and responsive butler, the restaurants were out of this world, and the private beach was the nicest I've ever seen.
