The room was not set up as we requested. Wanted a feather free room because of allergies and feathers were everywhere. Trash can under the kitchen sink was literally overflowing with trash and the bathroom floor was not clean. I pay premium prices for service that does not overlook the details. This property will not receive any repeat business from me and I would not refer anyone to it.

Excellent
You can pinpoint The Ritz Carlton from 15 miles away because of its enormous size and almost overbearing presence on the mountain landscape. But once inside, it is five-star all the way. A newly opened Spago adds to the reasons to stay, and the...

I couldn't have asked for more from the Ritz-Carlton. We held a business meeting in one of their conference rooms and had a dinner outside on their porch. Although the theme was "BBQ in the summer" the items served were still high-class items with buffalo burgers and all the fixings. Everything ran smoothly and since it was a chilly night for the summer, they provided blankets for each guest. They even set up smores around the large outdoor firepit. They know very well how to coordinate a nice meeting and dinner on the patio.
The whole place has the feel of a mountain cabin. Dark wood everywhere including the guest rooms. The bed was soft and I slept very well. Summer prices were pretty reasonable for a 5-star hotel. In the winter, there is a ski lift for Beaver Creek outside just past the patio.

I would return to the Bachelor Gulch and recommend friends and family. Even though it had bad service at one of it's restaurants! The awesome ski in-ski out access to Beaver Creek Village and the Bachelors Gulch was awesome.
The general manager, John was helpful when it came to gratuities! Our ski instructors, Natalie, Tony and Chippa met us there.
We enjoyed our stay there. When we go back to Beaver Creek, I want to stay at the Bachelor's Gulch again.

Good
This is our 4th time at the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch. While the hotel remains a pearl in Beaver Creek, we feel the hotel has lost a little of its back country quaintness and charm. While still a very...

This hotel lives up to the Ritz name. It's a beautiful hotel with high-end rooms and amenities, but it's really the excellent service that you're playing for.
The staff members always seem to have smiles for the guests and they are willing to accommodate most requests. Little things like having your valet parked car pulled around promptly, fresh towels constantly appearing in the spa and bellmen who magically whisk all your belongings to from your car to your room without even asking. Bulgari bath amenities don't hurt, either! It was a great stay.
