Mediocre
I stayed here considering my birthday and trying to do something special for the B day weekend. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Thinking that the Ritz is the top of the line, this fell short of that, wayyyy short. I would of felt the...

Mediocre
The reputation for this hotel chain is not representative of this property. The lighting in the bathroom is unacceptable, we were told to let the lights stay on for awhile and they would get brighter.

Horrible
I brought clients out for what I thought would be an impressive meal but I was sorely disappointed in the food ! The fish was dry and vegetables were limp and too buttery. Everyone agreed that the overall taste of the food was bland and unappealing....
We went to the Atlanta Grill with two other couples and none of us plan to return. Although the service was lovely the food was horrible. Every single person out of six of us. The steak was tough and overcooked and all other of the dishes were...
pros: BeautifulI dropped in before an important meeting and ordered the cheeseburger. $17.00 is a little pricey, but the server said it was good. He was wrong. For that price, I want a very good burger. I won't be back. He also said the vodka was...
50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Stayed here while in Atlanta for a convention at the GWCC with my 12 year old daughter. Staff was rude. Service was poor. Room service food order was incomplete and cold when delivered. Returned the food and was not charged, but no apology was offered. Beds were comfortable, but room was only average. No pool. While you can walk to the GWCC from here, it isn't that convenient or safe to do so. Very few dining choices near by.

Checked my bag with the bell captain, could not check-in because the room was not ready, to attend a meeting at the CNN center. My only bag was misplaced in the wrong room, I was told if my bag was lost I would be reimbursed $250, about the cost of the bag without my clothing. luckily the bag was found, at 11 pm with nothing missing. The staff was very nice and I was given a voucher for clothing, a meal and bath items at the Ritz store, which had nothing my size.
