So this is the famous Ridpath? I visited friends attending a convention and the primary complaint was universal: too small! I was stunned that they managed to cram two full-sized beds into that tiny bedroom, leaving almost no room for walking...

We booked a room at this hotel, because it looked like a decent quality having been renovated recently, and it used to be owned by a decent chain. The upkeep on the hotel was wanting, and the staff the evening we arrived was uninterested in helping ...

I booked the room online and when I got there, they had no record of it. The bed was rock hard, the elevators was not working, the garage was full (or so the sign was out), the restaurant did not open until 11Am, so no breakfast. But what really upset was that when I got home a few days later i found out that they charged to my account $107.32 for a room that had already been paid for. I did not order anything. And could not reach the manager to find out what had happen and why there is this charge. I will NOT stay again.

The only parking available is on a valet basis, and if the garage is full (which it was when I stayed), you will often end up parking in a $20 per day pay lot nearby. The restaurant ...
Checked in - not the room described in my reservation (i.e. two queens)...dirty...completely helpless/useless staff. To add insult to injury to this less than stellar room - went to go use the face cloth in the washroom and to our 'surprise' (i.e....
