This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The room I had would go for less than $50/night anywhere else in the country. The doors have huge gaps, the walls are thin, the windows may as well be open because you can hear every word and every noise all night long. I am not a light sleeper at all, but I could not sleep. It took the staff three tries to get me a room that was not under renovation or needed to be cleaned. By the way, their King beds are just two twin beds pushed together, not good. The staff is not friendly at all and not helpful. All the hotels on Collins have beach access (one of their main selling points). The pool is not lit at night so you can't hang out there before going out for the evening. The shower didn't work properly, but I was so fed up, I checked out a day early and went somewhere else. It was awful.
