Horrible
Quite possibly the most fearful I've ever been staying by myself in a hotel. The hotel staff was very nice, but the experience itself was very unsettling. I wasn't comfortable with the parking situation either. I knew I would be coming in later...

This is a great hotel! It has a wonderful downtown location! It is in walking distance from a lot of places and a short driving distance from everything!
The staff was very welcoming. They greeted us as we entered and they were pleased to help.
I am very likely
to return to the The Redmont Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
The hotel is nicely situated downtown, easy access from I-20. Valet and reception staff were great. Room service was bad, poor food quality and they did not know their menu items. Delivery was prompt, but food staff were abrupt, unfriendly.
