My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we loved it. The suite was very spacious and nice. All of the staff was extremelly nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The restaurant has excellent food. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or just to stay on business. My company booked and paid for a three night stay at the Raphael. The front desk needed my credit card only for incidentals. When I checked out, there were no charges.
To my great surprise, when I received my credit card bill I was...
