53 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
My room was completely redone. All new bright white clean shower and sink. Marble vanity with plenty of room to spread out. Small fridge and new flat screen Tv. Excellent service by friendly staff. Free valet parking. Outstanding location. This is the only place to stay when visiting the Plaza.

Stayed during the Thanksgiving weekend. Location is superb for access to The Plaza, Crown Center, restaurants, theatre, etc. The Hotel is currently under renovation, but just a few floors a time. A very nice property, even though somewhat aged on...

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we loved it. The suite was very spacious and nice. All of the staff was extremelly nice and helpful.
