Steamboat?s coziest ski-in ski-out lodge, the full-service Ptarmigan Inn offers SportStalker Ski and Snowboard rentals and complimentary valet ski storage, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna, in-room refrigerators, coffee makers and remote color cable TVs. The Snowbird Restaurant & Lounge (ski season only), located slopeside in the hotel, allows you to dine while you watch the skiers go by. Aprés ski in our Lounge, with daily happy hour during ski season. In summer, over 40 miles of mountain bike trails begin outside your door. And the Silver Bullet gondola can whisk you to the top summer or winter.

The Ptarmigan Inn located in Steamboat Springs is the coziest true ski-in, ski-out hotel in the winter. In the summer, it is the perfect place for rest and relaxation or invigorating mountain biking on Mt. Werner just out our back door. For any visit to Steamboat, you will find genuine, warm hospitality at The Ptarmigan. During the summer and fall, The Ptarmigan Inn provides a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. Pets are also allowed at the resort during the summer and fall. During the ski season, a restaurant and lounge are open on site.

The hotel has an excellent location! The amenities are not spectacular.
I had a mountain view room with a deck with snow with beers in it. Also the hot tub was too small but enjoyable and I loved the sauna, I went in it every night.
