The worst time I ever had, it was Thanksgiving,very cold,blustery. The heat was out and no one told us prior to check in. We still had to pay for the room. There were no rooms available anywhere due to the holiday.

Everything except the location stinks at this hotel. The waterfront rooms are expensive, small, dank and poorly furnished. The lobby and common areas are depressing, the pool area plays loud blaring music incesantly, and it is apparent that...
45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location is great, but the rooms are small and not very clean. The bed was old and the bathroom was gross. They changed my room, but everyone I saw was the same. I lost my deposit, but I didn't care, I would not stay even one night....Called the Provincetown Hotline, they found us a room for the week that was clean and comfortable.

Horrible
This hotel is not as it appears online, I wouldn't even put my luggage on the bed upon check-in. The room smelled of urine and looked as though it had last been updated in the 1940's. I immediately checked out and found a different place not far...
