It is a timeshare not just a hotel, so non owners must attend a sales presentation, which is usually low key and low pressure. The place is gorgeous and the people are very friendly.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff always greeted me those who knew my name always greeted me by name.

This resort is a primarily a timeshare. I have been an owner for almost ten years. I own multiple weeks there and have never traded any of my time because I love the resort, however the quality of service has diminished since it was taken over by Sunterra last year. The location cannot be beat and the resort is beautiful.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Overall, the employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and adequately furnished for a long vacation stay.

This resort is breathtaking. It's in a great location! We have been here twice in the past 6 months and we just enjoy every minute of it. The view is amazing!

Absolutely excellent! like having my own appartment. Having a disabled child, it was one of the best and easiest vacations i've ever had. Staff was helpful and more than willing to go out of thier way to help.
