Horrible
I only stayed one night, but...
First they couldn't find my reservation. Then, the key to my first room wouldn't work and they were reluctant to give me another room. Once I got home, I found that they had charged my credit...
Overall the hotel is old, however the staff was very responsive to our needs. The lounge and restraunant were excellent. Overall the location is excellenet only a two miles from bricktown and in the center of all the major attractions in OKC....
the room was clean except in the drawer where the telephone book was kept there was marijuana residue otherwise we had a good stay i would like to know more on the wedsite about the special events being held there.
