While the Pierre hotel has a beautiful view of Central Park and it is old and charming, the bathrooms are the size of a closet. The bed is probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in!

General ambiance and genuine desire on everyone's part to be pleasant and make stay enjoyable. Relaxed elegance and impeccable service. There is nothing artificial about this hotel.
