It has a great location. The basic rooms are not desirable and it's worth the price to upgrade to a deluxe room or better. It's probably one of the best four hotels in New York City.

I am very likely to return to the The Peninsula New York.

I thought it was a wonderful hotel in a fabulous location. I would love to stay there for pleasure but I'm not sure it would fall in my price range. They have excellent guest services.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The staff made the difference. They were very kind and very helpful. They offer nice small touches like the newspaper in a tasteful bag hung outside your door rather than laying on the ground.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Peninsula New York.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I have stayed at the Peninsula Hotels in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. On each occasion, I have enjoyed the service, amenities, and ambience. It's a first-rate operation!
