This hotel is definitely for those whom appreciate the finer things. During check-in I was upgraded just by asking for a great view. Turn down service was excellent (imagine touring and shopping all day, and walking into a clean, dim lighted room with soft jazz music playing in the background and bottled water by your bed!). For a single woman who expects and deserves the finer things in life, I definitely received top notch service and comfort at the Penninsula Chicago. When I visit Chicago again (and I will sometime this year) I will definitely stay at this hotel.
