Absolutely fantastic hotel right in the perfect location in Chicago.

The room was very large with a great bed, free internet and a great bathroom. The view from my room was not great as it overlooked another building that had a pool on the roof.

The location was key. It was right next to all the shopping on Michigan Avenue.

30 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel is definitely for those whom appreciate the finer things. During check-in I was upgraded just by asking for a great view. Turn down service was excellent (imagine touring and shopping all day, and walking into a clean, dim lighted room with soft jazz music playing in the background and bottled water by your bed!). For a single woman who expects and deserves the finer things in life, I definitely received top notch service and comfort at the Penninsula Chicago. When I visit Chicago again (and I will sometime this year) I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I am very likely to return to the The Peninsula Chicago.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

50 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The location was great. The property was very nice. The staff was very unfriendly, to the point of making you feel like you did not belong there.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Peninsula Chicago.
I might recommend it to friends.
