Horrible
We had stayed at this hotel on our way to vacation in NC as an overnight to break up our 10 hour drive. THe experience in rooms 101 and 103 were fine. We though the accomodations were fine, clean rooms, beds comfortable, pool clean and not crowded,...

Good
I think that the service is what sets this apart. I feel that the service at the Peninsula surpasses most other properties. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The hotel gave us another room to use (we had young children) until our room was...

Mediocre
My wife and I looked at the hotel as a potential location for our wedding. Our contact there was 20 minutes late for our appointment, and she immediate ran off to work right after she said hello. It was an embarrassment.
pros: Amazing all around! We got he couples massage. Lovely. Great service and great massage. Very relaxing. Each therapist we've gotten has been very good. We've been back 6 times! Enough...
pros: Customer serviceI stayed here for three nights and I found my suite very clean and the bathrooms were HUGE! The room service ice cream was delicious, while most of the other meals were not the greatest. Checking in was a breeze with good...
77 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This is a hotel that is very comfortable with quiet service and yet just a short way from fine shops and restaurants. Its always a joy to be there and I would recommend it to anyone. It is like being on an island of serenity, nothing about it speaks of the vulgarity often true of Los Angeles.
The suite was clearly not just put together but the colors and textures made one feel the luxury. In addition the quiet, but exceptional public spaces in this hotel bespoke true class. A jeweler who stocked my favorite watches, Patek Phillipe, very hard to find and truly a great timepiece, was present in the lobby.
I am very likely
to return to the The Peninsula Beverly Hills.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
Customer Service....in general poor.

pros: Certain employees go out of their way to be assistingFor a hotel that has such great quality throughout the rest of the U.S. This one drops the ball on many levels. For starters if you are needing a car service outside of their driving...
