The staff was young, smiling, spoke to you like they liked you and wanted to help.The bed spreads were way too heavy to use or to put them some place besides the floor. We all enjoyed our stay and will try it again.

The staff helps me retrieve a lost pair of pants, they were very helpful.Also found several hairs in the bathtub. Aside from the housekeeping problems, it was a fine hotel. But I couldn't rate it 4 stars.
