I will never go back there, we travel for over 15 years as a family and never saw this before. The bath was leaking, the kitchen was full of ants, cockroaches were in bathroom. It was so bad.

I had some issues with the condition of the property and maintenance services. The attitude of some of the staff was poor. The new furniture was a good choice (nice beds). It could be a real nice place if only it were better managed and maintained.

We were very pleased with Homewood Suites. It made our vacation to Disney extremely affordable.
It was well lighted. Good locks were on the doors. Our car was always parked within viewing range of our room. There were always lots of staff around the grounds.
