Horrible
Some family members booked this resort for Labor day weekend 2008. This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach I really like the area. I personally would not stay at this resort again. We were on the eight floor and their are outside A.C units blasting...

We stayed in a three bedroom condo with 2 adults and 4 kids. The third bedroom had 2 tiny little twin beds. The room was about the size of a large closet. There was 1 TV in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom. The couches did not roll out. We ended up getting roll out beds, like cots for two of the kids. The doors to the balcony were difficult to open. When we arrived, the bathrooms in the main office were out of order and the secretary could not tell us where another restroom was. We were about 10 minutes early. The maids were still putting sheets on the beds when we came in. The staff were all nice, but the first girl we met didn't seem to know what she was doing or have any guidance. The price was cheaper than where we stayed last year. But you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

The Palms hotel at Myrtle Beach is an excellent family getaway. It does need to update as the rooms are beginning to get worn. But the service from the staff is excellent!
I am very likely
to return to the The Palms.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We have been going to the beach for two years now and we absolutely love it. We stayed at The Palms both years and it was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very neat and clean. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed at The Palms last week and loved it. Everything we needed to enjoy was there. They had pools, hot tubs, snacks, and excellent maid service. We will stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good
Myrtle beach was the perfect choice for our family. We found a condo here through vrbo.com. I loved the 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and the dishwasher, kitchen facility and washing machine were a sure bonus with a family. The balcony had a great view...
