ok this place as said in other comments has very missleading pictures, and upon entering we had a problem with our couch bed it was broken and had wood under the cushions... we told them about it and they said they would have it fixed the next day. then the next day nothing and then 2 days later i told them again then nothing... we waited then on the 5th day they fixed it finally and then procceded to blame us for it :D haha thats funny right because it was broken before we got there but apparently it was in the hotels rule book not to care about anything the customers wanted except for a few at the resturant they were very nice!!!! in fact one of them should be manager of the hotel because the manager comes straight out of dumb ville USA!!!!! elevators sucked too... they NEED MORE THAN 3 COME ON IT'S 23 STORIES HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i did not like this hotel for the fact that my vacation was more stressful than my regular work weeks
