22 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
ok this place as said in other comments has very missleading pictures, and upon entering we had a problem with our couch bed it was broken and had wood under the cushions... we told them about it and they said they would have it fixed the next day. then the next day nothing and then 2 days later i told them again then nothing... we waited then on the 5th day they fixed it finally and then procceded to blame us for it :D haha thats funny right because it was broken before we got there but apparently it was in the hotels rule book not to care about anything the customers wanted except for a few at the resturant they were very nice!!!! in fact one of them should be manager of the hotel because the manager comes straight out of dumb ville USA!!!!! elevators sucked too... they NEED MORE THAN 3 COME ON IT'S 23 STORIES HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i did not like this hotel for the fact that my vacation was more stressful than my regular work weeks

This place is great if you like cockroaches and coons.
The staff doesn't care about their job, most of them are illiterate street trash the hotel grabbed up from off the corner.
Don't stay here, this is one of those places where you might be sleeping in someone dirty sheets because they don't clean them.

Accommodations were terrible

39 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The front office staff was off-putting and uncaring. I vacationed with my friend and her family, and we were stuck in rooms that were dirty with no AC. We had to report the problems over and over again, and the front office staff kept referring us to the manager, who, surprise, was never available! The beach was fun, but the accomodations were terrible!

When we arrived to our room, it was nasty. The door knob fell off the balancy door. They never vacuumed our room, never wiped off the counter tops and never changed the sheets. I had to go buy Lysol to spray on everything. We had to wash our feet before we could put our shoes on because they were black! Also, the elevators........ terrible. This was our first and last trip here at this hotel.

Misleading pictures

40 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The pictures on the internet are totally misleading. I rented a 2 bedroom Condo and it was definetly not worth the price. The walls were dirty and scratched up. The refrigerator did not work properly for an entire week. The maintenance man agreed it was broken, but would have to contact the owner before anything could be done. I wonder if he ever got in touch with them. The thermostat is in the living room which stays pretty cool, but the bedrooms are miserable at night they are so hot. The Master bedroom has no curtains, just white mini-blinds. You can read a book at 3am without a light on. None of the balcony doors locked, try keeping a 2 year old and (2) 5 year olds from sneeking out. I was really disappointed and the outside was as bad as the inside. The lazy river was a joke. Also there is not enough pool space to accomodate the number of guest. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Try the Landmark next door, same price and much nicer. We booked our next trip while we were there.
