The Oxford Hotel is situated perfectly in LoDo Denver with many hot spots nearby. We walked to bars, restaurants and Coors Field from there. The rooms were B quality, but the service was A+ from start to finish. I'd stay there again.

We had a horrible experience at the Oxford Hotel.
The hotel itself was satisfactory, however when I found extra charges on my account from room service I tried to resolve it with the front desk management. Instead of crediting my account he added more money! If I didn't double check my bill again I would have paid more than what is supposed to be charged.
I have called numerous times and finally spoke to a supervisor who assured me that she would send me an itemized copy of my bill. Seven weeks later and I am still waiting for it so that I can dispute the extra charges.
I would highly advise to double check the folio before leaving the Oxford Hotel. There is definitely something going on, especially with the room service charges and added gratuity.
