Was very enjoyable except for the fact that they chose to play constant Christmas music 24 hours a day. Became very irritating after about 12 or 14 hours and finally went to another casino just to escape the music.

This hotel made me feel respected: All of my requests were taken care of; staff was friendly and remembered me from meeting to meeting; my stay was comped and was offered free meals and other benefits.

They always give you the feeling that you are 'at home'.

I was surprised at how nice the rooms were and just love the food. There was a mix up with my reservation. The front desk agent fixed it with a phone call. She very pleasant. It started my trip off great!

They issue 'fun books' for discounts on several things, including shows. Also, if you stay there often you get room discounts.

They had mixed up our reservation for two nights and had us just down for one. We had to stay in one room and change the next day. After that got straightened out we enjoyed our stay.

Customer service is good but you have to look and ask for it; not the most attentive hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Upgraded to suite at no charge, cordial staff, good security, both in person and key card required to get to my floor using the elevator.

I was locked out of my room before checkout time... I wasn't allowed to use the room/restroom before checkout... The management is not concerned with it's guests issues or concerns... They have lied about our check out time... I was treated very bad...

The Orleans is very comfortable. I feel that it is a great value for the price. The food is fabulous, the service is great.
