30 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel is a lovely getaway in the heart of uptown Sedona. It is set off the main road and backed up against the canyon edge, although I couldn't actually see the creek from my balcony the views are very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaints are that every noise in the room next door travels through the adjoining door as though they were in my room. Also, the swimming pools and jacuzzi were somewhat grimey.

Okay
The room did not have the fireplace as the pictures showed. Not a deal buster but the desk told me that the travel website customers are guarenteed a room ,of the hotels choice. $ 40.00 to upgrade to the pictures shown, if availible on check-in....

Don't let some of the old reviews keep you from going here. I have been to The Orchards Inn 3 times now and cannot wait to go back. It is a small place with HUGE views! Best views and location in all of Sedona. Only complaint the lack of parking....

This is by far the best place I have stayed in Sedona. For the price, you get a nice room, an awesome view, and a relaxing pool. The pool is a little small but I didn't mind. The surroundings are mind blowing. You are right in the heart of downtown....

Horrible
The room smelled of mildew, and there was a half dead bug stuck to the closet. The management did nothing and will not cancel a reservation w/o 72 hours notice. They are trying to charge us, and I refused to sleep under those conditions.
