Located on east 42nd street, two blocks from either Grand Central Station or the United Nations and just five blocks from 5th Avenue Shopping, Times Square, the Theater district and the Empire State Building. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and some have great panoramic views of the city. There is also a nice selection of toiletries in the bathrooms. The hotel bar serves light meals and cocktails and there are complimentary hors d'oeuvres during Happy Hour. Hotel is clean (rooms too) and the staff are very friendly. Had a bit of difficulty with the new flat screen TV system but the maintenance crew was on it quickly. Room service is fast and food was really good - just a bit pricey - I would stay here...
