The hotel has a great location, a friendly staff and easy access for public transportation.

The hotel was in a great location. The room, the hotel restaurant and the bar were clean, of high quality and competitively priced.

I stayed here for one week and a half and hated every minute of it.

*They gave me free Internet, only to find out later their server was down.

*The Concierge was rude and gave dirty looks when asked for help with my luggage, or when I needed help with expecting packages.

*Room service got my order wrong all 5 times.

*Mindy's restaurant rushed me out of my lunch.

*The front desk got the names wrong on my hotel room.

*The front desk charged my personal credit card when the room was already paid for by my employer. It took a week to reverse the charge!

*The light bulb in the room was blown with broken glass upon arrival.

*The closet door was broken.

*There was a blood stain on the sheets.

I would never recommend this to anyone and rate it a 1 star.

I thought it was clean and well located. The bellmen were helpful.

The room had a great view, but I think the bathroom needed an overhaul. The staff was very courteous.

The service was awful. It took forever to get an answer at the desk. We arrived in the room and went to open the blinds and they actually came down on my head! I called the desk (Ii said waited forever for an answer) when I got one told them what happened and asked for extra pillows. I advised that we would be going out and could they have it taken care of before we got back (we were to be gone several hours). The pillows arrived shortly after we returned to the room and the same person fixed the blind. Also, the outlet covers were missing on two of the outlets and the room furniture was in horrible condition; the wallpaper was actually peeling off in several places! The shower was loaded with mold and mildew to which I am allergic and they couldn't move me due to renovations and because they were fully booked. Sleeping was rather miserable.
