The Muse Hotel - Page 2

The hotel was in a great location, right off of Times Square. The staff was always willing to help out, look up different locations, and print out directions for us at a moments notice. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cozy. We always had hot water. The complimentary wine hour was great!

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were welcomed outside every time we came to the door. The staff always said something nice and smiled. The ambience in the lobby gave a feeling of warmth

It is a quiet boutique hotel adjacent to the hustling and bustling Times Square area. The rooms are spacious, but, because it's a renovation, irregularly shaped. The bathrooms are above standard. Unlike some New York City boutique hotels, however, the staff is friendly and respectful. Try to get a room with exercise equipment in it as it is quite a departure from the standard workout room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Arrivals are welcomed at small desks where they can put down their bags, take a seat and chat with the clerk. It is a very nice touch that I have experienced only at hotels costing much more. The staff is very friendly, yet respectful and efficient.
