Great safe location for shopping at Valley Fair Mall.Bathroom could be updated and room service for breakfast would be a welcome addition. The Moorpark met our expectations for a 4 star hotel. It is in a perfect location for shopping at Valley Fair...

Nice room. Great linens.Breakfast buffet was a little week. Hard eggs, no meat. The rooms were great and although the common area is small, it is well appointed. Close to Santana row.
I have never stayed at such a noisy hotel in my life. Will never stay there again. Felt like I was stay at a bar. If that's what you like, you will LOVE This place...
Hotels in general are always trying to find kitschy angels of recreating a "new" look. This place was run of mill. Great vanilla people if you are into that thing.

Friendly clerk.Too expensive. This hotel is very expensive and later they charged my credit card for something I didn't consume (2 beers and 1 bottle of water). I am still disputing this bill with them.
