I definitely don't want to say that i was disappointed, just...underwhelmed! We came to vegas to get married and much to our dismay they did not have a chapel! Not a problem though TI is a sister hotel and lucky for us they did have one! Back at Mirage we went to the bar after (in my wedding dress and all done up) and not one word to us by the bartender!! The staff was not overly friendly or accommodating. The Restaurants on the other hand were awesome!! From food to service it was great. Even California Pizza Kitchen was a nice break from a big meal!! The wine bar was pretty sweet, GREAT PEOPLE, great wine and fun people!! The check-in was slow and we were never made to feel welcome to the mirage, just another couple that walked in!! The casino is very dark and smoky and it was a long walk to the elevators. We went mid october and everything was closed and the aquarium was being renovated....to say the least....disappointing!! Nothing to do inside of this casino if you are not a gambler! The rooms were outdated and no better than any other average hotel in buffalo!!, but, our rooms were always spotless with fresh towels. NEEDS UPDATING BADLY!!!! Overall, not a bad experience, clean, comfortable beds, just not the "WOW" that i expected.

I enjoyed the Mirage casino, bar, deli, sights and lobby. I was disappointed that there was construction in the center of the casino and it was very unsightly for my first trip to Las Vegas. I also had expected more from the room at the price I paid. The
