The Mirage hits the B List. I spent four days there with friends splitting time between Caesar's and the Mirage, Caesar's wins hands down. There was no coffee maker, the room wasn't made up for a day, the dealers were very snotty, it is no longer the hotel it claims to be!

I am not likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They have good priced rooms and are at a good central location on the Strip. The drinks at the bars are over priced though.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I love this place. While it's certainly not the swankiest place on the strip, it has pretty much everything you could want. It's clean, the staff is quick and friendly, and it's right in the middle of the strip. There is shopping onsite, and restaurants, and of course a giant casino. I will definitely stay here again.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed it very much. We got a great deal on the room.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The Mirage still has a certain high reputation. The restaurants were excellent and the new nightclub was great.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stayed at the Mirage because we had stayed there last year and loved the place. We stayed this time to celebrate our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary and to see Elton John at Caesar's Palace, next door. The Mirage sent a bottle of champagne to our room, just one more added touch to make our anniversary one we will always remember.

This hotel made me feel respected: Even though hundreds of people check into the Mirage daily, they have a knack for making you feel special and honor your stay by making sure that you have a great room that is always clean and top notch! I would highly recommend the Mirage to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the main strip.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Being on the strip is always a key when going to Las Vegas so the location was great! Plus it was in the heart of the other major hotel/casinos on the strip. The room was a suite with a view of the west side of the strip. The ammenities in the room were decent but not lavish. The service was great and the food in the hotel was good too. I would recomend this hotel to anyone who is looking to experience a great time in Vegas without having to pay an arm and a leg.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I visited the Mirage in April of 2004. We stayed from Friday to Sunday, and got a great room rate of $99 a night. The Mirage is located right on the strip, and although not the latest and greatest, is definitely not too shabby. Downstairs in the lobby area is a nice tropical theme going on, it definitely gave a nice relaxed vibe, a great way to start a vacation. The room itself wasn't too spectacular, but we were staying in the cheapest rooms. It was pretty basic, nothing special. It was clean, the nicest part about it was probably the bathroom. What i really remember about the Mirage is the pool. Naturally, they have a tropical theme going on in the pool area, what with palm trees around and waterfalls pouring into the pool. The pool itself is not a basic circle, instead it's shaped like a bunch of connected lagoons.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is in a great location. It is well maintained and has a very friendly staff. There is only one bar in the casino area near the sports book, and it is loud and dirty.

This hotel made me feel secure: I always feel completely safe at the large hotels on the strip. The Mirage is a good example.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Mirage.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a great location on the Strip. There were wonderful restaurant choices and gambling opportunities. I loved the white tigers and dolphin habitat. The only dislike was that the food and drinks were expensive, but it well worth the stay.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There was always something going on you could watch or do. The Secret Gardens was inexpensive to enter and worth much more than the price of admission. The bartenders and the dealers were talkative and enjoyable.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

member icon Great service at a huge hotel casino

The Mirage Hotel and Casino is located in the middle of a lot of great hotel casinos, but don't make the mistake of thinking that they're close. They make it a LONG walk between casinos to encourage you to stay and spend where you are.

Rooms at the Mirage are large and comfortable. They have mini bar, coffee maker and a hair dryer.

The Mirage pool has a jungle setting, water slides, and waterfalls. There are plenty of chaises and a good amount of shade (critical in the desert heat). The poolside drink service is fairly attentive. The pool is great for kids and you'll find that they love staring at the white tigers and lobby aquaria for hours.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try out the spa services, but they seem to have almost everything you can imagine.

Oh, yeah, they have a huge casino...you can't miss it. There's nothing more notable about it than any other.

The hotel has a number of restaurants. I dined alone in the main coffee shop and had better service than I've ever had in a casino. They were friendly and attentive.

There are a lot of grand casinos in Las Vegas, it's the service that lets this one stand out from the crowd.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel Review by a traveler from MS - Posted Feb 16, 06

The hotel was wonderful. The only complaint I have was the location of my room. It was located next to the cleaning supplies and early in the morning the door was opened and slammed closed a hundred times making it impossible to sleep past seven a.m. It was very annoying.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were security people stationed at the elevators at night to be sure you were staying in the motel before letting you go up in the elevators.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We had a nice time at The Mirage. They have a friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great view. It's in a good location on the strip. Don't overlook the pool area even just to walk around. It's beautiful.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was pleasant and far away from the craziness of everything.

Upon arrival, the valet greeted us and asked if we would like to have a bellman take our luggage to the room. We agreed and proceeded to check in. At check in, there were plenty of reservation agents to handle the number of people checking in. We checked in and then went to our room to wait for our luggage to arrive so that we could unpack and get our bathing suits to take advantage of the lovely weather. After about twenty minutes, my husband called downstairs to find out where the luggage was. He wound up talking to three different people, and finally discovered that the luggage was still in the trunk of our rental car, which had already been moved to the garage. In all, it was about an hour before we received our luggage. The staff was not helpful or accommodating in resolving this issue. Our room was nice, although I felt it was pricey. We did not eat at the hotel, but we did have drinks at the pool. The drinks were expensive but delicious.

I am not likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would not recommend it to friends.
