It was a very nice hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The room service was quick.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I had spa treatment and then I had use of the spa for the day.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: There was no hassle in registration or check out. The facility was very clean and roomy. There was good view from the room windows.

They forgot a privacy sign, but the front desk employees were friendly. I wish they did not ask for my name whenever I answered the phone.

I absolutely love the hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else. But, I did dislike the player's club. I was told I had so many points and I was to get meals and stuff, then I was told whoever checked my points last was incorrect and I find that disappointing because if I was told something wrong, they should still credit it for that reason. I was counting on it.

It was an excellent experience. The quality and the variety of the hotel restaurants was surprisingly good.

It has very friendly staff at all levels. It has clean rooms and a beautiful pool area. All the restaurants we used had good food and efficient service. It could use another coffee shop on site.

They said that the guests could enter the club. I stood in line for forty five minutes. They changed the rule as we were about to enter. They decided it was a special event.

Customer service was excellent. The maid service didn't come so early as to wake or interrupt us. The business services excelled. The check in and check out staff was extremely courteous, efficient, and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. Every area was clean. The extras were superb, such as the big cat and dolphin habitats. The shops were wide ranged and well stocked. The casino was huge. There were quite a number of restaurant choices. One could have stayed within the confines of the resort and not had to leave for anything. The room and view was beautiful. The Mirage is the total package.

This hotel made me feel content: We didn't want for anything there. We needed a refrigerator, and they delivered one within five minutes. The accessories left in the restrooms were exquisite. The bed was comfortable.

It is good but it could be better!

The location, comfort, and service were outstanding and enjoyable. It's a great destination for any traveler.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were security personnel all around the hotel, elevator entrance to rooms and throughout the casino.

The public rooms are grand and luxurious but the personal rooms are a disappointment. The rooms are small with mediocre furnishings and few amenities compared to other hotels. The price is high for the value.

They have outstanding service. It's one of my favorite hotels!

I really liked the atmosphere and the food. I also loved the dolphins and their pool area was amazing even though I did not use it. It was fantastic to look at.

It was well located on the Strip and it had a few excellent restaurants and the pool was great. The casino was a little dark and smoky. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The Mirage is a great hotel in a good location. The pool is awesome.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The agent who checked us in was extremely friendly. She confirmed that our room was upgraded to a Strip view and offered lots of great advice and information.
