36 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

If you are visiting Las Vegas for and you are a little up in the air on where to stay I would recommend the Mirage hotel. It was great and the service was great!

This hotel made me feel pampered: They were there for our every need. One day we needed more towels and they were at the door before I hung up the phone.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is overrated. It was however very pretty. The air conditioning unit was set way too low and it made it a bit uncomfortable. The restaurant was good and the food was good value. The pool was way too crowded. The extra charges for special viewings

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel had excellent restaurants, excellent front desk personnel and service. The room air conditioning was puny during the day. With the outdoor temperature at over one hundred, the rooms needed to be cooler during the day.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Mirage.
I might recommend it to friends.

Do not expect the old cutting edge Mirage hotel. It has lost that thing, that aura for some reason. The staff is still outstanding!

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was ok. The TV did not work well. We had problems with the online restaurant reservations.

It was a good location. I requested a non smoking room, but I was assigned to a smoking room. The view from that room was great, but the smell was terrible. I immediately requested another room and I did get a non smoking room, but it had not such a great view. The room was comfortable. The food at the conference in the hotel was wonderful.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Mirage.
I might recommend it to friends.

The Mirage hotel is a nice place and I have stayed there a couple of times. It is also centrally located on the Strip.

This hotel made me feel content: It is a nice place. It is also reasonably affordable.

The hotel was as expected, I would have preferred a more central location, which I will use the next time I go to Las Vegas. I cannot say the people were that friendly and I doubt if we would ever stay there again.

This hotel made me feel content: I found it very relaxing, which in turn made me feel content. I went to Las Vegas to relax and gamble and that was what I did.

I am not likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The Mirage is a wonderful hotel. The service is excellent, as are the rooms and the entire facility. The employees are helpful and the Mirage hotel is our hotel of choice in Las Vegas which we visit every other year.

This hotel made me feel important: When you present the staff with a request or a question they go the extra mile to respond in a positive way. They are courteous and they give you the feeling that you are special.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

TropixLover icon A great choice for Spring Break
Posted Feb 17, 07 by TropixLover, 2 reviews
21 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I loved:

. The location, it's right in the middle of everything

. The Atrium/Lobby: The palm trees and water falls were awesome!

. Jet: The hottest club competing with TAO

. The restaurant: The food was great at the Carnegie Deli

. The Secret Garden: The animals you see are on the verge of extinction

. The tram to TI

. Kokomo's: A romantic tropical lounge

. The price: Affordable for a college student

I hated:

. The overcrowded pool area (It was Spring Break)

. The casino staff: I'm 21 and when I showed them my I.D., they said it was fake, and it was not

. The amount of single guys looking for a li'l sumthin-sumthin

. Our A.C. in our room broke down- and it was uncomfortably hot in there

. The lack of stores for the 21-35 crowd

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They have good service and an extremely friendly staff. We've got good deals to this hotel a couple of times by booking directly on their website and have always enjoyed our stay here. Enjoyed the Dolphin Habitat, too.

Grand on the outside with a great animal show in the interior (a huge tank), the rooms could use some improvement. The beds were uncomfortable and I would have expected more for the price. Customer service was okay...a few employees in the shops didn't seem too excited to be there. I would opt for one of the other hotels on the strip.

kickinit icon Very luxurious, a great stay!

I don't know if it's all the marble, the size of the rooms, or just the feel of walking into one of the best hotels on the strip, this place has lots to offer. We really enjoyed our stay here, it's pricey but worth it if you really want to enjoy your Vegas trip with a loved one.

It does get a bit crowded in there, they have a lot of gawkers.

I almost always stay at the Mirage hotel. The service is really good, I have good luck in the casino, the pool is great and I like the restaurants.

This hotel made me feel important: Everyone was very helpful and polite and they seemed to put out every effort to make you feel welcome.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.

The Mirage isn't as luxurious as its neighbors, but the rooms are clean, and overall, it's a good place to stay, if you don't mind the lack of shopping within.

The location is prime and easy walking distance to all the other main casinos and the shopping mall. If you like a good sandwich, the Carnegie deli there is really good, although you could end up spending close to $20 for a sandwich.

It is a beautiful hotel, with many restaurants and eateries. It has very nice gift shops and I love the pass through area where the White Tigers are on display. The security is pretty tight and identification must be shown to enter the hotel lobby.

This hotel made me feel excited: The atmosphere is always exciting.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
