I recently stayed at the Mirage and had my money and personal property stolen in my hotel room. When I filed a security report with the hotel, they said they needed time to look into it. Knowing that I do not primarily reside in Las Vegas, no one urgently looked into this matter while I was staying in the hotel for 3-4 days. It took them a week to return a phone call saying that under the Law of Nevada, the hotel is not responsible for money stolen in hotel room. Many different levels of staff reported varying explanations on how many people entered my room during the time when my belongings were stolen. Overall, the hotel did a poor job in taking initiative in looking into the severe matter of theft among their employees. I would advise not to stay at this hotel as it is not a place where you will feel secure leaving your belongings and management are not professional enough to respond to incidences like this.

We arrived in Las Vegas and went to our hotel which is the mirage. NOT family oriented at all. There are drunk people running up and down the halls at all hours of the day. The staff does nothing to keep the rowdy drunks under control and wee hours of the morning. There is nothing special about this hotel at all. The typical age group of people who seem to stay here is 21-26. So its a lot of partying and out of control. I do not feel very comfortable at this hotel. Do not stay here there are plenty of other hotels to stay at. Just a glorified Holiday Inn.

I am not likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Our first time in Las Vegas. I read many reviews and selected the Mirage Hotel.

Some family members stayed in Harrah's (across the street), and Paris Hotel.

Harrah's has been renovated and was nicer than Mirage. Rooms were considerably nicer and AC was excellent. Paris Hotel was so nice too. Lots more to do in the common areas. Shows, bands, and excitement going on along with the casino atmosphere. I would select either of those two over the Mirage on our next visit. The Mirage was a bit more costly. Most of the establishment is casino. Both our rooms were warm and service checked ours out but could not get temperature under 72. Casino and hallways were cooler than the rooms. The mirage is comparable to a Holiday Inn. Quite standard and I personally would rate it as a 3. Our age group ran from 19 - 67. All agreed they would prefer other hotels. Sorry Mirage.

I have been staying at the Mirage for years. I realized that the Mirage is over a decade old and it still looks great. My room was clean and nice. The service was great.

The pool area is nice. I love the large waterfall.

The casino is one of the best on the strip. It has the feel of a real Vegas casino.

The Mirage is no longer the grandest property on the strip but it is a very nice place to stay, play and have fun.

It is a great place to stay. Next time I am in town I will be back at the Mirage hotel.

This hotel made me feel important: From check in to dining, gambling and seeing shows, I was made to feel important.

I am very likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a good price and a great location. It was a little too loud in casino. They served good food at the restaurant.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Mirage.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location of the hotel is great. It is right on the Strip, within walking distance to all other major hotels. The rooms are beautiful, but the cleaning service after room service is very slow. They have an exceptional restaurant within the hotel.

This hotel made me feel elegant: We stayed in the petite guest suite and it was a magnificent room. The bathroom was as big as half of my apartment in Chicago, it was marble, with a bidet and a whirlpool bathtub, a separate shower and a seating area in front of the mirror. Fresh orchids were in the room every day.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Mirage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is an adequate hotel, but nothing outstanding. The pool is too crowded.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The casino and the shows entertained us.

We have stayed at the Mirage hotel the last five trips to Las Vegas. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view of the Strip. The location is another reason. We like the central location.

My husband & I stayed at the Mirage this month. (May) We both loved it! I will be back! The Mirage is beautiful, inside and out. The pools are fantastic! It was our 1st time staying at the Mirage, the upgraded us at now charge so we could have a strip view. We could watch the volcano blow from our room each night! We found the hotel to be very clean, and the staff was great! We asked for a refrigerator in our room at check-in, it was in our room by the time we got to it! This hotel has a great location, close to everything. We enjoyed 4 days of gambling, shopping, dinning out and relaxing by the pool! Thanks to everyone at the Mirage for making our 1st stay there wonderful! By the way, the Mirage casino is the only one I won at! Thanks again.

I enjoyed the Mirage casino, bar, deli, sights and lobby. I was disappointed that there was construction in the center of the casino and it was very unsightly for my first trip to Las Vegas. I also had expected more from the room at the price I paid. The

Long lines at check-in. Unfriendly, no greeting. So, so room. No coffeemaker. Noisy. Wish they would get rid of the lion exibit. Cruel treatment of animals. Fair service in restaurants. Would not return.

The Tower Deluxe room upgrade was worth the extra cost. The room was excellent and it was the quietest room we have stayed in in Las Vegas.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was extremely comfortable. Our floor was accessible only to registered guests with key cards for that floor.
