This hotel made me feel comfortable: Taking the time to talk to us and comp us meals.

Demand on this particular weekend was high, hence the hotels were overpriced.

We chose the Mirage because it was supposed to have the best pool. It had a great pool as advertised and we were very satisfied (despite the fact that it took us a while to find vacant lawn chairs).

This hotel made me feel content: The pool area was particularly calming.

Not up to expectations ~ hallways littered, room service had not been there for days. My room had stingy soaps, shampoos, towels.. Never again!

It was a very enjoyable visit.. And it was my first time there.

The hotel is warm, friendly, courteous and absolutely beautiful. The use of live plants and interior landscaping is brilliant and thoughtful. As an asthmatic, the abundance of plants kept the air clean and easier to breathe in a casino environment.

This hotel made me feel secure: Outstanding security with checking room keys prior to entering elevators to guest rooms. Floor security roaming halls 24/7. This security made my family and feel safe.

I love how they always have something going on anytime of the night.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very welcoming when we first arrived to the hotel. When we went to get our rooms the manager introduced himself and helped us get our rooms quicker without waiting in a long line. The hotel staff helped u find whatever else we needed.

I have stayed at the Mirage several other times and have never been disappointed.
