I stay in the napa valley CA area often. This was the 1st and final stay I do at your hotel. Your restaurant staff was poorly trained, and the food was OK not that for the $ you charge people.

I will never stay at the hotel again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The service staff was generally nice, but the service itself was terrible. No one answering phones, unhelpful concierge, and generally unknowledgeable staff. I was expecting a bit more professionalism for the price.

The Siena restaurant food was good, nothing special and way overpriced. Service at the restaurant was ok; again, not what I would expect for the prices we had paid.

Very slow service in the Siena Restaurant. Tried it twice and still slow the second time. Must be bad management! The food was just okay and very over priced for the portions. Bad!

My room was a mess, there were two wine glasses with lipstick when we first went into our room. We complained and the front desk said that we would be taken care of and apologized only to find that the room was cleaned and no compensation whatsoever. We did however enjoy ourselves at the new wine bar located in the cave. A young lady served us and said, "Just relax, you're here with me now and no more worries." If it weren't for her, we would have demanded our money back and left. She made us feel welcome and let us know that she would give us the best service possible. She did just that.
