One of the beds had a nice fresh urine stain along with an obvious odor. There is no way the sheets could have been changed before we arrived. They came up and replaced the bed but did not adjust the premium rate we were charged. There was a razo

I had made a reservation to stay overnight a couple of days ago for tonight's date. I then had a family emergency arise and called to see about canceling to see if they would consider giving me a partial break. They said they didn't care and that they had a seven day cancellation policy. So they get two thumbs down.
I booked a room a couple of days ago and then a family emergency came up and I tried to cancel, thinking maybe they would forgive half of the bill. The manager informed me that they couldn't budge on their seven day cancellation policy even though...

Ripp-Off That was the sense I got my entire stay. Bad service, bad attitudes,
bad buisness. This is a greedy merchant who focuses entirly on how to take and keep as much money from its guests ,while giving as little as possible. When we asked to speak to the desk managers boss, she explained she answers only to the owner & he would not speak to me... NICE.... This place should find a seminar on customer service and shut down for a week and attend the same seminar every day. Maybee it would sink into their thick skulls that they are on a one way trip to extinction.

We stayed at the Margate on Columbus day w/e. we paid approx $180 for the room. The bed which was a king size bed was extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on the floor. The furnishings were extremely outdated, and the bathroom was not clean.
Our family recently held a wedding at the Margate Resort. Since we are from out of Town we had a very large number of our guests that stayed at the hotel for the weekend. The weekend was a very big success. Our guests looked at it as a mini...
We stayed at the lakeview hotel. It was very clean and quiet. We were just steps away from the beach. There was a sandbar which made it a safe beach espeacially with small children. There were many kids so for us it was great that our kids made...
