The Majestic Inn and Spa Hotel - Page 1

Our organization has had several opportunities to do business with the Majestic. At one point, we rented all the rooms + used the meeting facility AND had breakfast + lunch for 20+ people. We spent a lot of money at the Majestic, yet they are unable to return phone calls and prepare correct billings. If they weren't the only place in town, we would not use them. But that is Anacortes for you.

My partner & I have stayed at the Majestic multiple times. We stayed there years ago before the fire and were very excited to hear it was open again and renovated. The rooms are upscale and very comfortable. We have stayed in the standard rooms, the Imperial rooms and in the suite which is fantastic. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place is very clean. In January we booked late on a busy weekend so we had to change rooms after one night and they very helpful and gave us a price break for our whole stay. We had our anniversary dinner in the bar and it was terrific! We love the amenities and the fact that the hotel is right across the street from the French bakery and a great sandwich place. I have also enjoyed the services of the spa - well worth it.

They still owe us $942 in charges, we went through all the channels and we received no reply, even with our contract in hand. I guess our next step is small claims court in Anacortes.

This hotel has been remodeled and WOW, it's fantastic. It's super luxurious, with all new furniture, bathrooms, everything. We had a suite with 2 outdoor decks, a walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, and a plasma screen TV. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was great and the bar was fabulous. We might visit Anacortes again just to stay at the hotel!

The Majestic Inn is a very luxurious hotel. It had just reopened three weeks before so we were very lucky to get it at such a cheap price, but the regular prices are worth every dime as well. The rooms are romantic, clean, the bath robes are wonderful, dinner was lovely and staff were very kind.
