Accommodating staff, quiet room.Parking fee was not expected. Outstanding location just off Capitol Square and State Street, the hotel is quiet and attractive. Wonderful staff who will try to meet your every need.

The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We felt as though we were the most important guests in the hotel and a fabulous location. Staying at the Concourse in Madison is a treat every Wisconsinite deserves.

The rooms and the views; location.Very long check in lines! I would definitely stay at the Concourse again. The staff was very professional under some trying circumstances. The room (with free wifi) was lovely and very comfortable.
