Very convenient to capitol and university.Little old. Old, but good beds and linens. Basic, nothing that makes you go 'oh wow' but location makes it a top choice in Madison.

Fantastic value.Parking is a little goofy. The Concourse is a very elegant, upscale hotel right in the heart of downtown Madison. It's a beautiful place to stay anytime you're headed that way. Walking distance to anything downtown.
