The location was great.Rooms were small and the noise level from other rooms was very loud. Not the romantic get away we were hoping for. Everything was very clean. The decor is dated and bland. The rooms are not at all sound proof. I was up all...
I made reservations 6 months ago as part of a wedding party. They were for Friday and Saturday night as was the rest of the wedding party. I called a few days prior to confirm my reservations as they had not sent me a confirmation by mail, and I was given a verbal confirmation of both nights. They were "unable" to e-mail me that confirmation. I should have seen the "red flags" go up then but flew half way across the country to find out they had only room for Friday night and were "overbooked"; they were very sorry but could do nothing to help me. They also commented that they hear that "story" all the time!! So maybe there is a problem with their reservation system.
