The Madison Concourse Hotel Hotel - Page 2

I stayed at the concourse for a convention and can honestly say I have never encountered such friendly employees. I wanted to change my reservation at check-in and the staff was very accommodating. My room overlooked the Capitol which is really beautiful. I forgot my laptop but the front desk told me to check out the business center. there were printers that I could use for free and they have complimentary internet everywhere in the hotel. Overall I was very pleased with everything. My company decided to book the hotel next year so I will be back.

I liked that it was right across from the capital building.

It was a nice hotel and within walking distance to the shops and campus of University of Wisconsin. I was there for a convention and the hotel seemed to work well.

It is pleasant, but a trifle pricey. The good, helpful, efficient staff is a given. I stay there whenever possible.

I stay at the Concourse Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin, every year for a convention which is held there every Memorial day. It is a great hotel and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is much better than anything I have ever experienced at a chain hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: They respect us a great deal.
