The whole place is pretty nice. The food was good and the people working were a pleasure to be around.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Upon arriving, the desk people were smiling. That always is a plus and you know the people will treat you right. It is all about the attitude of the employees.

I attend a conference every year which is held at the Concourse hotel. While I would seem to thus have no say in where I am staying, in point of fact the committee which organizes the event takes the attendees' opinions very seriously and we all absolutel

This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was very friendly.

I made reservations 6 months ago as part of a wedding party. They were for Friday and Saturday night as was the rest of the wedding party. I called a few days prior to confirm my reservations as they had not sent me a confirmation by mail, and I was given a verbal confirmation of both nights. They were "unable" to e-mail me that confirmation. I should have seen the "red flags" go up then but flew half way across the country to find out they had only room for Friday night and were "overbooked"; they were very sorry but could do nothing to help me. They also commented that they hear that "story" all the time!! So maybe there is a problem with their reservation system.
