28 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The high speed internet service did not work. The front desk staff was complaining about other customers while customers were in the lobby area. The room service order took more than two and a half hours to arrive. The hotel shuttle service was never on time even though specific reservations had been made. The shuttle driver was rude and he provided a very jerky ride.
