63 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

It was serene and peaceful. We had a teensy room, but it was beautifully appointed. The Tower room (where Clark Gable carved his name) has a magnificent sunset view - there were hiking trails, woodsy smells - and it was very quiet. It was just lovely.

I am very likely to return to the The Lodge at Cloudcroft.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
