Amazing
member icon Sumptuous hotel right near Copley

Lavish furnishings and details make this hotel truly stand out. The lobby even smells like a fresh summer garden! A bar and restaurant are connected to the hotel, with all the other options for dining and shopping in the area mere steps away in the Square. Public transportation and Boston landmarks are within a few blocks.

Very poor service - staff on front desk not interested in issues experienced by hotel guests. There was a line of guests with issues who weren't happy.

It was a good location, with nice restaurants and bars.

I am very likely to return to the The Lenox.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The suite was impeccably decorated, the staff was courteous and professional. The location was excellent, near shops, restaurants and clubs. It is a wonderful place to stay.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The decor in the suite was sumptuous and extremely comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the The Lenox.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stayed for 2 nights in a "Superior Double" room at $269 per night plus tax and $36 per day for parking. The room was tiny, no minibar, and no coffemaker. Instead they want you to order in-room breakfast, which we did once - $50 for 2 people for bacon and eggs. One small window was facing a service roof with a wire cage over a ballroom dome. The room above us had a leaking window air-conditioner that poured water into our window. The hotel supposedly won all kinds of eco awards for water conservation, etc. But the shower in our tiny bath was as close to a fire hose as you can get - enough water coming out for 4 showers. They ask you to re-use your towels, or put the ones you want replaced on the bathroom floor. We left one on the floor - it actually never got replaced. It was a very curious experience, we will never stay there again. The furniture and curtains were nice, but then the only blanket option was a down comforter in July!?

I am not likely to return to the The Lenox.
