37 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had to wait an hour for our room even though I made reservations 2 weeks prior. I called instead of making online reservations because of our late arrival and now they are saying that is why our room wasn't ready. Then the controller didn't work as well as 2/3 pop machines. I was not given the courtesy of any type of discount (deserved 100%) or a free night (which I wouldn't use anyway) or return phone call. Experience was nothing short of disappointing and management was rude.

It's a decent, if aging hotel. It's located just blocks from Ford Field, Comerica Park and the theater district. Right or wrong, I expected more from a Ramada; but again, the building's heyday was decades ago.
